In continuation of the successful cooperation in the office sector, we were able to actively accompany the search for a location for planning and realization of an office building for Specialized. Status analyses and the accompanying determination of various property potentials resulted in a detailed feasibility study at the Hünenberg (ZG) location. With the handover of the ‘user’s needs’ assessment, the feasibility study, and the preliminary construction study, the first step has been successfully implemented. We are now looking forward to the further journey – until realization of the ‚vision‘ – and the opening of the new European Head Office.
