On behalf of the Zurich Academic Sports Association (ASVZ), we were appointed by the Zurich University of Arts (ZHdK) and Kanton Zuerich (HBA) to realize a new sport- and relaxation area within the building. Our service included the overall project management, from the collection of ideas and preliminary study, all planning phases and finally the realization and fit-out of the sports area. Since the area was realized on the 8th floor of the high-rise building, it was particularly important to meet the requirements for building – and room acoustics, as well as to design the installation of a swing floor and sanitary core with permanently low emissions in order to harmonize the surrounding school activities and the audio/video-supported sports activities.
