After some successful tenant extensions in office spaces, we were asked to create the first bike shop in Switzerland for Specialized Europe in accordance with the company’s own branding concept. The shop was designed and created in collaboration with the Munich (DE) based Scheme architect team i.am. After completion of the planning draft, we were allowed to carry out the execution planning, building permit, realization and furnishing. The result is a stunning contemporary, forward-looking and modern store, which is certainly worth visiting.
